Real Estate Masterwork Series Half Century Aerial Photography Retrospective: Newport Center / Fashion Island Newport Beach, California (Real Estate … Aerial Photography Restrospective) (Volume 1)

The Premiere Edition and those that follow in the series contain the never before accomplished chronological ongoing development history of well know “Masterwork” real estate projects visually and entirely from above the ground, an aerial perspective. Merriam-Webster defines Masterwork as ‘a great work of art.’ MacMillian defines Masterwork as “the best piece of work that a particular artist, writer, musician, etc. has ever produced.” With the above definitions as the authors Masterwork criteria, the Irvine Company’s Newport Center / Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Southern California was selected as the subject of the Premiere Edition of Real Estate Masterwork Series, Half Century Aerial Photograph Retrospective. Newport Beach is located in Orange County, California and is one of the most admired cities on earth. Architect Frank Gehry states “The book itself is a Masterwork” in the Foreword. In Pulitzer Prize-winning architectural critic Paul Goldberger’s biography of the life and work of Gerhy, published in September of 2015, Goldberger observers that Gerhy is “undoubtedly the most famous architect of our time”. The book contains 163 pages with 118 illustrations and pictures including black / white and color aerial photographs from July 16, 1953 through August 29, 2015 at 7:35pm. All pictures are dated and accompanied by a short commentary concerning Masterwork development progress and, when appropriate, a brief comment concerning Irvine Company. Appropriately, the last two pictures of Newport Center / Fashion Island included in the Premiere Edition were taken by author Fred Emmert on August 29th, the night of the full moon. Only one acceptable aerial was anticipated that evening. However, after Fred took the first photograph at 7:32pm, instinct impressed him to go around one more time. Fred took the second photograph at 7:35pm. Neither of the authors can ever recall seeing Newport Center / Fashion Island depicted in such an intimate manner. Absolutely beautiful! The authors hope they have made a significant accomplishment towards the long term acknowledgement and remembrance of this Masterwork accomplishment – Newport Center / Fashion Island. As the result of planning and publishing this book, the authors respect and admiration for the Irvine Company executive team’s accomplishment in building and developing Newport Center / Fashion Island has grown substantially. Newport Center / Fashion Island is a joy to Newport Beach residents and businesses as well as others throughout Southern California and foreign visitors.

Good vacation ideas for the whole family!

Need some Good Vacation Ideas For The Whole Family?

Each year, my wife and I try to plan a family vacation that we think everyone will enjoy. We are a lot more careful about that these days, because we learned the hard way that not all vacations are created equal, and that when planning a vacation, it is always a good idea to get everyone’s input to make sure that everyone is going to have a good time. Otherwise, you might encounter something like we did.

One of the first vacation ideas for families we had was a trip to the Grand Canyon. The reason we made this particular trip is because it is a natural wonder, and something that I believe everyone should see in their lifetime. While my wife and I had a great time on the trip, looking at all of the natural beauty, my son and daughter were bored out of their minds. It was not that it was a bad idea, it just would have been a better idea when they were a little older and able to appreciate it more.

A few years later, we decided to make a drip to Disneyland for our family vacation. We had always wanted out children to experience this first-hand, and it seemed like one of the classic family vacation ideas one often hears about. The thing is, it was a not a whole lot of fun for my wife and I. We were not trying to be snobby, but there wasn’t a whole lot for us to do out there and it was a little boring.

The next year, we decided to travel to Washington, D.C. This was one of those vacation ideas that was better planned, because there was something for each of us to do, and we all ended up having a good time. The only problem with this was that we did not allow enough time for this particular vacation and did not get to do all of the things that everyone would have liked to do.

One of the best vacation ideas for families we had was a trip to the California coast, where we basically hung out at various beaches as we traveled up and down the coast.

Beach parties and suntans and flip flops are the California way!

It was a lot of fun, not that expensive, and it was amazing to me how we did not really have any big events planned or things to do, but everyone really seemed to enjoy it, and our children, especially, talked about it for weeks after we got back!

Family vacation ideas should be planned with everyone in mind. If every family member’s feelings and interests are not taken into consideration, it can turn out to be a lot less fun.
